Currents Elk Skull

Authentic elk skull adorned with a rare Sonoran sunrise cabochon, blue kyanite bezels, ox bone, turquoise, jasper, and Czech glass beadwork. 
This piece is a dedication to the winding rivers of the West that I’ve spent time exploring, wandering, and falling in love with. There’s something sacred in the way water moves through the dry and rugged landscape, winding, carving its way forward, always changing, never losing its direction.
I named this piece Currents as a reflection of that movement; the ever-changing paths of water, land, and life, and the places that continue to pull me back to them.
